These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old.
Account Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Acceptable Use Policy: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We offer website building services that can be completed within one day. We reserve the right to modify our services at any time.
Prohibited Activities: Users may not use the service for illegal activities, spam, or harassment.
User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to use it.
Pricing: All prices are listed on our website.
Billing: Payments must be made in full prior to the Build Day.
Refund Policy: A full refund (excluding any card processing fee/surcharge) will be provided if the Company cancels the project. If the Company cannot successfully complete the website within 24 hours of commencing the Build Day, a full refund will be issued according to this policy. No refunds will be provided for Service cancellations requested by the User unless the Money-Back Guarantee applies.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the service are owned by One Day Builds.
Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

General Disclaimers: The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination by User: Users may terminate their account at any time prior to the Build Day. If the User cancels the project more then 48 hours before their Build Day, no services will be delivered, and any refund will be subject to our refund policy. If the project is cancelled within 48 hours of their Build Day or anytime after rescheduling, no services will be delivered, and any deposit paid is forfeit and non-refundable.
Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. If the Company cancels the project, no services will be delivered, and a full refund will be provided according to our refund policy.
Users agree to indemnify and hold One Day Builds harmless from any claims arising from their use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
We may amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
We offer a 14-day support period. If any bugs or issues are found that were not caused by the User or a website admin within 14 days of the One Day Build, these will be fixed free of charge.
If One Day Builds cannot successfully complete the website within 24 hours of commencing the Build Day, the User has the right to cancel the project and request a full refund. This refund will be issued according to our refund policy. The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply if the User has failed to provide the Company with all necessary input to complete the website prior to and on the Build Day.
